About the role#
EquipmentShare is seeking interns for the Summer 2027 term to join the Treasury Department at our headquarters in Columbia, Missouri. This is a full-time, on-site internship where you will assist with financial operations, asset tracking, and process optimization. You will work alongside internal teams and lenders to support our ongoing treasury initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Treasury Department on project-based initiatives and coordinate with other departments to support financial operations.
- Track the progress of sold assets with lenders and internal teams, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain lease data accuracy and monitor assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Manage bank account summaries and perform vendor analyses for mergers and acquisitions.
- Review and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency.
- Create data visualizations and reports using Excel, Alteryx, or BI tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A basic understanding of GAAP and financial principles gained through completed coursework.
- Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward new challenges.
