About the role#
NVR, Inc. offers a summer internship program focused on the mortgage operations that support our homebuilding business. You will gain hands-on experience by working directly with mortgage professionals and learning the regulatory processes governing the industry. This position provides exposure to the full lifecycle of a mortgage, from initial application to closing.
What you'll do#
- Work with mortgage professionals to pre-qualify prospective home buyers and negotiate financing options.
- Guide customers through the mortgage process from their initial application until the settlement date.
- Assist with processing mortgage approvals and conducting closings.
- Learn about the homebuilding industry and how NVR Mortgage supports our customers.
- Spend time with sales and production teams to observe the management skills required to deliver a new home.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, with a preference for students in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach to work.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- A current driver's license.

- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship.
