About the role#
NXP is hiring a Real Estate Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, Texas. You will work with the real estate team to support market research, transaction management, and financial analysis. This role requires you to be currently enrolled in school and returning to your studies or graduating at the conclusion of the internship.
What you'll do#
- Gather and analyze market data including rents, vacancy rates, and pipeline activity.
- Create summary reports and insights based on your research.
- Assist with transaction and leasing tasks, such as preparing listings and coordinating site visits.
- Maintain deal trackers and project documentation.
- Help build and maintain basic financial models to support investment analysis.
- Support due diligence processes and valuation inputs.
- Coordinate activities between internal teams, brokers, and clients.
- Manage meeting schedules and track project deliverables.
- Prepare professional presentation materials and marketing collateral.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or postgraduate program in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Clear communication skills.
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- A genuine interest in real estate markets and investment.
