About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the monetization and marketing department at ODK Media. You will learn how streaming services operate, how digital media platforms generate revenue, and how advertising inventory is managed. You will work across teams including sales, operations, and marketing to support the advertising business unit.
What you'll do#
- Create client-facing advertising proposals.
- Design pitch decks and marketing materials.
- Build case studies that show how advertiser campaigns perform.
- Research markets and audiences to improve proposal messaging.
- Coordinate communication between the sales, operations, and marketing teams.
- Handle approximately 3 to 5 projects per week.
What you'll need#
- A strong sense of marketing and the ability to craft messages for specific clients.
- Visual storytelling skills to build engaging presentation decks.
- Proficiency with design and video tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe, Canva, or video editing software.
- Analytical thinking skills to connect research insights to advertising products.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to extract key insights from team discussions.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- An interest in streaming media, Korean content, anime, or youth consumer trends is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is an unpaid, on-site internship based in Fullerton, California.
- The role is full-time with a rolling start date.
- Daily catered lunch and team bonding events are provided.
