About the role#
This internship program is for students who want to work with software engineers on solutions that support our market initiatives. You will work on projects that contribute to our daily activities and gain exposure to how our business runs. We are a smaller firm, so you will get to know the people you work with directly.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of C++ based trading applications and tools.
- Gain exposure to trading theory and the systems we build.
- Attend regular sessions with senior engineers to cover the fundamentals of our tools.
- Receive direct feedback from engineers while working on projects that matter to the firm.
- Work alongside engineers, traders, and other teams.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- At least junior standing, with a graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- Comfortable with one or more of C++, Python, or TypeScript.
- A solid grasp of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and systems.
- A genuine interest in markets and how software supports them.

- Compensation: Paid position with a base salary range of $150,000 to $200,000.
