About the role#
OrangeTwist is looking for a Treatment Specialist to join our team in Princeton. This part-time role is designed for students or recent graduates of an esthetics program. You will primarily focus on front desk operations, client relations, and administrative support for the first 12 months. This position offers a foundation for those interested in gaining experience within a wellness and beauty environment.
What you'll do#
- Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Greet visitors and manage the check-in process.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage client communications.
- Process payments and support retail and service sales.
- Promote OrangeTwist services, memberships, and rewards programs.
- Assist with general clerical duties, including filing and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with treatments on a limited or backup basis as business needs require and qualifications are met.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of an esthetics program.
- Valid State Esthetician License.
- State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
- A valid State Master Esthetician License is preferred.

- Schedule: 2-3 shifts per week, including all weekends.
