About the role#
As a Quality Intern at Oshkosh Corporation, you will support our Quality Department staff in maintaining high standards across our manufacturing processes. You will work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure our products meet customer expectations. This role requires a professional, cooperative attitude and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
What you'll do#
- Review and update quality documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to correct and prevent quality issues.
- Assist in problem solving and implementing solutions to quality-related problems.
- Help staff with the disposition of defective material.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Work inter-functionally with Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain company records and documents in accordance with policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Quality, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to travel as required by the role.
- Willingness to relocate to Murfreesboro, TN for the summer of 2026.
- Ability to maintain accurate company records.
