About the role#
Forward Deployed Software Engineers work directly with customers to understand their most difficult problems and implement solutions using data. You will operate in small teams with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects from start to finish. You will gain insight into critical industries while applying your technical skills to drive real-world impact.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with customers to understand their goals and design effective solutions.
- Own the end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects.
- Discuss system architecture with fellow engineers and wrangle massive-scale data.
- Develop custom web applications to meet specific user needs.
- Collaborate with customer executives to establish team strategy.
What you'll need#
- Active Full Scope Poly Level clearance.
- Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Graduation date planned for Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Ability to learn continuously, work independently, and make decisions with minimal direction.
