About the role#
Pathway is looking for interns to join our marketing and PR team. You will help shape the public narrative for our work on frontier AI models and continuous learning. This role involves translating complex technical research into clear messaging and managing our brand presence. You will work closely with our team to support our communications strategy.
What you'll do#
- Write narratives based on our technical research and product updates.
- Create content and social media strategies.
- Track conversations in the AI and startup space to find new communication angles.
- Turn technical topics, such as benchmark results and continuous learning, into accessible language.
- Help prepare press materials, briefing documents, and media research.
- Support the planning of events and roundtables.
What you'll need#
- Experience in marketing, PR, journalism, brand strategy, or communications.
- A portfolio showing your work in writing, campaigns, media placements, newsletters, or community building.
- A history of leadership in student newspapers, magazines, or other high-performance organizations.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to understand complex ideas and organize multiple projects.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, California. Regular office presence is required.
- The internship duration is 3 to 6 months.
- This is a paid position.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States.
