    About the role#

    OSCO Concrete is hiring students for summer 2026 work terms in Lower Sackville. These roles provide hands-on experience in concrete manufacturing, aggregate operations, and fleet maintenance. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain practical skills in an industrial environment.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform quality control, testing, and data analysis.
    • Assist with repairs and troubleshooting of heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
    • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on fleet vehicles.
    • Provide coordination, reporting, and organizational support across concrete and aggregate operations.
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR processes.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration programs.
    • Students in engineering and engineering technology programs will work with technical, quality, and operations teams.
    • Students in Heavy Duty Truck Technician programs will gain hands-on experience with fleet equipment.
    • Students in business programs may support day-to-day operations and internal services.
    • A safety-conscious attitude is required for all positions.
    • A strong willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to new tasks.
