About the role#
This is a 6-month paid co-op opportunity based in Reedsville, Pennsylvania. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience in the medical technology sector. This role supports manufacturing operations and departmental projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage departmental support processes for med-tech production.
- Handle daily operational tasks, including inventory management and technical support, to maintain production flow.
- Research industry best practices and competitive trends to support ongoing projects.
- Analyze data from departmental projects to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings and record detailed minutes to track discussions and action items.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering Science, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency with MS Office software.
- Experience with statistics is a plus.

- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
