About the role#
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will join our team in Frankfort, Indiana, to focus on end-to-end supply chain operations. This role covers planning, procurement, production scheduling, logistics, and distribution. You will work alongside supply chain leaders, analysts, and operations partners to gain experience with global supply networks. This is a full-time, paid internship scheduled for 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Build expertise in your assigned project area and contribute to process improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with analysts and planners to support daily tasks and ongoing projects.
- Participate in analyses that support sales and operations planning, ensuring raw material availability and production capacity meet customer needs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related concerns.
- Work on projects involving data integrity, workflow automation, and operational strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or 3rd-year undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/AND/OR logic, Pivot Tables, and data visualization.
- Demonstrated interest in data analysis, supply chain, or manufacturing through coursework, projects, or student organizations.
- Experience with Business Intelligence software, ERP systems, or previous internship/research experience is preferred.
- A minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA is preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
