    About the role#

    As a co-op in the HDNU Global Operations team, you will contribute to the digitization of AI prompts for the Worldwide Project Execution community. You will help increase the use of AI to drive operational efficiency and innovation across the organization. This is a full-time, paid position.

    What you'll do#

    • Design, develop, and digitize AI prompts tailored to Project Management workstreams.
    • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to identify processes suitable for AI-driven automation.
    • Map current business processes and translate them into structured AI prompt frameworks.
    • Research AI best practices and emerging prompt engineering techniques.
    • Test and validate AI prompt outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
    • Document prompt libraries, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
    • Track progress on the AI Big Swing initiative and report on milestones.
    • Prepare presentations and reports for Project Execution Leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Availability for a minimum of 6 months.
    • Valid work authorization for the United States.
    • Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or process automation platforms.

    • Locations: Atlanta, Georgia or Schenectady, New York.
    • Term: Winter 2027 through Summer 2027 (January 2027 to August 2027).
    • Modality: On-site.
