About the role#
This twelve-week summer internship offers hands-on experience within our manufacturing plants. You will work alongside professionals in roles such as production supervision, materials planning, procurement, and quality control. This program prepares students for our Supply Chain and Operations Rotational (SCOR) Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in Lean manufacturing projects and initiatives.
- Support plant operations to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
- Manage daily production tasks through capacity planning and scheduling analysis.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to improve floor efficiency.
- Implement measures to reduce and minimize waste.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A scheduled graduation date between December 2027 and June 2030.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Access to personal transportation.
- Ability to relocate to one of our manufacturing plant locations.
