About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Marinette, Wisconsin. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations. This program is designed to prepare students for the Supply Chain and Operations Rotational program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in Lean manufacturing projects and initiatives.
- Support daily production through capacity management and scheduling analysis.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
- Maintain and improve reports to help the manufacturing floor run efficiently.
- Implement measures to minimize waste.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A scheduled graduation date between December 2027 and June 2030.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Access to personal transportation.
- Note that this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
