About the role#
Daikin Comfort is hiring a Supply Chain Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship based in Waller, Texas. You will work with the procurement team to learn the day-to-day functions of a buyer while contributing to strategic projects.
What you'll do#
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to build safety stock and days of supply.
- Resolve invoicing issues and handle daily procurement tasks.
- Support cost reduction projects and participate in supplier contract negotiations.
- Maintain system and file data accuracy for supplier records.
- Complete individual and group projects while networking with teams in Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
- A graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.

- This role is located on-site at the Daikin Texas Technology Park in Waller, Texas.
- The internship is a full-time, 11-week program during the summer of 2027.
