About the role#
The Portfolio Management Operations Intern supports the Customer Solutions Team in collections efforts for our properties. This role reports to the Senior Collections and Onboarding Specialist and works from our Cincinnati office.
What you'll do#
- Assist on cross-functional projects with accounting to standardize data.
- Improve cross-departmental processes for data organization.
- Update policies and procedures manuals for collections and default teams.
- Monitor and assign help desk tickets.
- Organize and update tenant contact information.
- Coordinate the distribution of default notices to tenants.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree-seeking university program, specifically in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Operations Management.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
