About the role#
The Private Client Group focuses on serving high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and financial advisors. As an intern, you will support investment professionals to ensure the delivery of high-level service to our clients. This 10-week summer program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and training in PIMCO’s investment processes and AI-powered tools.
What you'll do#
- Support Account Managers with client-specific projects, team initiatives, and customized due diligence requests.
- Perform research on market trends relevant to client objectives.
- Assist in the analysis and monitoring of client portfolios.
- Collaborate with investment professionals to provide tailored investment solutions.
- Participate in company-wide training, networking events, and volunteer opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Statistics.
- Enrolled at a university during the Fall 2027 semester.
- Minimum 3.2 cumulative collegiate GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Ability to begin full-time employment between January 2028 and August 2028.
- Business proficiency in English.
- Strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment finance.
- Proficiency in Excel is recommended.
