About the role#
CenterSquare Investment Management offers a 10-week summer internship program for students interested in real estate securities. You will work directly with portfolio managers and analysts to build a portfolio of public stocks. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. You will be assigned a mentor for professional guidance and participate in social networking events throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Model, value, and forecast public securities.
- Join portfolio and broker meetings.
- Tour local real estate assets.
- Attend weekly lunch and learn sessions to understand firm operations.
- Present a final project to team members and senior leaders.
- Receive on-the-job training while supporting daily team responsibilities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate.
- A strong academic record and high GPA.
- Advanced Excel skills, specifically with vlookups, macros, and index functions.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
