About the role#
CenterSquare Investment Management offers a 10-week summer internship within the Private Equity Real Estate team. This program provides exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including underwriting, acquisitions, asset management, and financing. You will work directly from our Conshohocken office, gain mentorship from senior leaders, and participate in project presentations at the end of the term.
What you'll do#
- Develop cash flow projections using Argus and Excel software.
- Conduct due diligence for proposed property acquisitions.
- Create and maintain Argus models for commercial real estate assets.
- Research and gather financial and market data to support investment decisions.
- Participate in portfolio reviews and broker meetings.
- Join team tours of local assets and attend weekly educational sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate.
- A strong academic record and GPA.
- Advanced Excel skills, specifically experience with vlookups, macros, and index functions.
- A genuine interest in real estate, macroeconomic trends, or the stock market.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
