    About the role#

    As a Media Manager intern, you will join our in-house media teams to gain hands-on experience. You will explore media as a career path while learning how our business operates. This role requires you to combine soft skills with technical media expertise to make recommendations and drive actions. You will contribute to our teams immediately.

    What you'll do#

    • Design, influence, and implement media decisions that support our business goals.
    • Maximize outcomes through effective media planning and buying.
    • Contribute and influence across various levels and functions of the organization.
    • Partner with internal brand teams and external agencies to align creative ideas with media placements.

    What you'll need#

    • You are currently in your Junior year of an undergraduate program.
    • Preferred majors include Media Studies, Business Administration, Data Science, or Marketing.
    • Strong analytical skills, including comfort with using multiple data sources.
    • Demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular activities or employment.
    • Creativity, innovation, and strong communication skills.
    • You must be in good academic standing.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Cincinnati, Ohio.
    • This is an on-site, full-time internship.
    • The position is paid, with a salary range of $29 to $50 per hour.
    • This role does not offer immigration sponsorship.
    • Terms are rolling.
