About the role#
As a Tax Intern, you will work with our tax consulting teams to support business clients. You will gain experience in tax strategy, compliance, and planning while working alongside experienced professionals. This role focuses on learning our methodologies and contributing to team projects through research, analysis, and data-driven insights.
What you'll do#
- Support tax teams in delivering tax advice and planning strategies.
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
- Analyze complex tax regulations to help optimize tax positions and reduce risks.
- Conduct tax research to support consulting projects.
- Use data analytics to identify opportunities for tax efficiency.
- Collaborate on tax models and structures for clients.
- Contribute to tax provisions and audits to ensure compliance.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- A minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
- Eligibility to meet the educational requirements for the CPA exam before starting full-time employment.
- Typically in your third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program.

- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
