About the role#
This internship supports the PLM Transformation and Governance team. You will help manage the transition to new functionalities within the 3DExperience platform and provide direct support to ENOVIA users. This role offers exposure to project management and decision-making processes while working in a team environment.
What you'll do#
- Learn and master the functionalities of the 2020x version of the PLM software.
- Identify business process transformations and translate them into specific requirements.
- Document and execute test plans, identify issues, and assist in troubleshooting.
- Create and present training materials and internal communications.
- Provide ongoing support to PLM users.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship period.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Resourcefulness, initiative, and strong teamwork skills.
- Experience with customer support, troubleshooting, and communication.
- Working knowledge of both French and English.

- Location: Saint-Hubert, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
- Status: Paid internship.
