About the role#
We are looking for a student to join the Quality Clinic team at the Mirabel Engine Centre. This role focuses on quality governance, process improvement, and supporting tactical quality initiatives alongside our assembly teams. You will work on-site in a full-time capacity for the Winter 2027 term, running from January 5 to April 23, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with quality governance and project activities within the clinic and on the assembly floor.
- Analyze and implement improvements for internal processes.
- Conduct root cause investigations for corrective actions.
- Participate in on-site transformation projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with multi-skilled assemblers and support groups during tactical quality clinics.
- Automate existing processes using Excel macros and Power BI.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian university engineering or technology program.
- Technical knowledge of aeronautical parts and engine manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with familiarity in SAP, Power BI, and macros.
- Knowledge of problem-solving processes such as DIVE.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, as you will need to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specialized instructions.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to pass a background check for controlled goods handling.

- Modality: On-site, Monday to Friday.
