About the role#
This is a 4-month internship position for the Winter 2027 term, running from January 2027 to April 2027. You will support the Senior Manager in executing risk management processes for Intra-Group Arrangements (IGA) in alignment with third-party policies and standards. This role focuses on proactive support, managing project assignments, and ensuring effective use of time within the Global IGA Governance team.
What you'll do#
- Support teams and stakeholders by working with various applications and data analysis tools.
- Prioritize incoming requests and project assignments to meet risk management objectives.
- Execute risk management activities as part of the Global IGA Governance team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, Supplier Management Offices, and support groups.
- Collaborate with teams across other platforms to discuss and share best practices.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify relationships between data and information.
- Detail-oriented approach to collecting data and preparing concise reports.
- Ability to work effectively within a team to reach mutual goals.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Economics.
