About the role#
RBC Capital Markets is seeking a Summer Associate for our Global Investment Banking platform in San Francisco. This 10-week program is designed for students in their penultimate year of an MBA program to experience the responsibilities of a full-time Associate. You will work within our Technology industry group and Mergers and Acquisitions product group.
What you'll do#
- Work on live transactions and client-facing business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain complex financial models.
- Help prepare for client meetings and presentations.
- Conduct research to analyze market trends.
- Identify and analyze potential business opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited 2-year MBA program with a graduation date following the summer internship.
- At least 2 years of work experience completed after your undergraduate degree.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Strong skills in collaboration, relationship building, and communication.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
