About the role#
Regal Rexnord is looking for students to join our Operations Internship Program. This role is designed to prepare you for future leadership. You will work on projects in manufacturing, distribution, or planning. This internship serves as a pipeline for our Early Career Rotational Program. We look for students who want to build a career in operations and are open to relocating for future opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Support operations in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or planning.
- Analyze processes to find ways to improve them.
- Assist with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to help the team make business decisions.
- Present your project results and recommendations to site leadership.
- Work with cross-functional teams across the supply chain.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- You must be a rising senior expected to graduate within the next year.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through school, work, athletics, or other activities.
- A genuine interest in manufacturing, distribution, and operational excellence.
- Willingness to relocate for future career opportunities.
Location & details#
- Location: Mcallen, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 2, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
- Sponsorship: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
