About the role#
Resonetics is looking for an Engineering Co-Op to join the team in Hutchinson, Minnesota, for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site, paid position. You will work on entry-level engineering tasks and complete assigned projects while partnering with a mentor.
What you'll do#
- Complete project and process development tasks.
- Measure products using standard metrology practices.
- Compile and analyze data using statistical techniques.
- Design, procure, and fabricate simple tooling and fixtures.
- Support the execution of process and equipment validations, including IQ, OQ, PQ, MVP, and TMV.
- Generate and modify manufacturing process documentation.
- Create training materials for manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS or MS program for Mechanical, Computer, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Familiarity with formal problem-solving techniques.
- Strong writing skills for reports and manufacturing procedures.
- Experience with statistical analysis, such as process capability, regression, or ANOVA.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks for tooling and fixture design.
- Ability to work in both manufacturing and office environments.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
