About the role#
The Foundation is a summer internship program at Risewell Homes. It provides students with hands-on experience in the homebuilding industry. You will work on active projects and learn how different departments contribute to the company. We offer placements in areas including construction and operations, land acquisition and development, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, and technology.
What you'll do#
- Participate in active projects and contribute to initiatives that shape communities.
- Attend learning sessions and workshops focused on professional growth.
- Build relationships with professionals across various departments.
- Receive guidance from mentors to explore career paths in homebuilding.
- Learn how each department contributes to the success of the company.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a student.
- You have an interest in the homebuilding industry.
- You are authorized to work in the United States.
- We accept students from majors such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, and Operations Management.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Irving, Texas.
- The program is available for Summer 2027 and Summer 2028 sessions.
- We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
