About the role#
As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will provide technical support for manufacturing projects throughout their lifecycle. You will assist the engineering department with tasks ranging from initial scope definition to final implementation. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support to internal customers and assist with part manufacturability.
- Help implement process and design improvements.
- Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO standards, and medical device requirements.
- Read, understand, and follow standard work and technical instructions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, customer service, quality, and finance.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program for Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Experience using measuring devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Coon Rapids, MN or Anoka, MN.
- The position requires a 40-hour work week.
