About the role#
This internship is a client-facing position within our Data and Digital Practice. You will focus on Corporate Performance Management (CPM) services, helping clients improve their business through technology and financial planning solutions. You will participate in the full project lifecycle, from initial discovery meetings to system deployment.
What you'll do#
- Consult with accounting, financial, and operational personnel to improve business performance.
- Assist with CPM implementation projects by designing business processes and configuring or testing software solutions.
- Train and advise clients on product use to ensure the tools fit their specific needs.
- Conduct process analysis and optimization.
- Manage project documentation and contribute to overall project management tasks.
What you'll need#
- Completion of 90 credit hours toward a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related business or IT field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
- Self-direction and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Preferred: Prior work experience in accounting, finance, IT, or data analysis.
- Preferred: Experience with CPM tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Solver, Prophix, Planful, Oracle EPM, or OneStream.

- Location: Denver, Colorado.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Type: Full-time, paid internship.
- Modality: Hybrid. You must be able and willing to work in the office approximately 75% of the time.
- Travel: This role requires approximately 15% travel.
