About the role#
This internship is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027 based in New York. You will join a team focused on various tax specialty areas, including accounting for income taxes, corporate taxation, and federal credits and incentives. You will also gain exposure to mergers and acquisitions, pass-through entity taxation, and private client services.
What you'll do#
- Complete tax planning and research tasks.
- Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Interpret tax regulations and accounting pronouncements.
- Collaborate with team members to support client needs.
What you'll need#
- You are an Accounting major working toward a B.A. or B.S. degree.
- You have completed at least 90 credit hours.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- You have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- You possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- You are able to travel to client locations and have access to reliable transportation.
