About the role#
RSM is looking for interns to join our Business Applications practice for the Summer 2027 term. You will work with executive leadership teams to help clients meet their business objectives by aligning their people, processes, and technology. Throughout this internship, you will receive mentoring from our team and gain access to technical training to help you start your career.
What you'll do#
- Assist project teams with deliverables and task management.
- Capture client requirements and participate in scoping meetings.
- Map business requirements to Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Design and document solutions, functions, and features.
- Configure D365 solutions while working directly with clients.
- Test proposed solutions in lab environments and troubleshoot application issues.
- Develop client-facing content and internal tools to support consulting methodologies.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide both onsite and remote support to clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations & Supply Chain, Finance, or Economics.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 for undergraduate students or 3.2 for graduate students.
- A self-motivated and competitive attitude with a focus on getting the job done.
- Strong business judgment and common sense.
- Analytical problem-solving skills, initiative, and creativity.
- Prior work or internship experience.

- Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Compensation: $33 to $39 per hour.
