About the role#
The International Tax Business practice supports US and foreign multi-national businesses with tax advisory and compliance needs. You will work with a national team to help clients understand how US and foreign tax laws impact their legal entities, transactions, and operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the team in providing clients with strategic, integrated tax solutions for outbound and inbound structuring.
- Complete tax planning and research projects.
- Develop an understanding of transfer pricing, worldwide tax minimization, and accounting for income taxes.
- Assist with foreign assignment planning and IFRS/GAAP convergence.
- Demonstrate a general knowledge of foreign tax credits.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting.
- Completion of at least 90 credit hours.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- Ability to travel to client locations, which requires access to reliable transportation.

- This internship is located in McLean, Virginia.
- The term is Summer 2027.
- This is a full-time, on-site, and paid position.
