About the role#
This is an 8-month internship position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work with diverse clients across various industries, building relationships while gaining experience in tax and transfer pricing. This is a full-time, paid opportunity based in our Toronto office.
What you'll do#
- Plan, execute, and complete tax and transfer pricing engagements from start to finish.
- Conduct detailed economic, financial, and accounting analyses.
- Evaluate intercompany transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans.
- Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance.
- Review and analyze GAAP financial statements.
- Collaborate with team members and interact with client personnel to gather information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program at an accredited university.
- Major in business, accounting, finance, economics, or business management.
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis, valuations, quantitative analysis, industry analysis, and statistical sampling or econometrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
