About the role#
As a Microsoft Customer Engagement Consulting Intern, you will join our Microsoft D365 practice for the summer of 2027. You will learn D365 solutions including Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, PSA, and Marketing. This role involves the full cycle of software implementation, from gathering requirements to training users.
What you'll do#
- Perform business analyst functions and lead requirements gathering sessions with clients.
- Create design documentation and perform hands-on configuration of the application.
- Work with clients to validate solutions.
- Assist with user training and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with team members, clients, and other vendors.
- Participate in Agile or Microsoft SureStep iterative methodologies.
What you'll need#
- Completed 90 credit hours toward a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related business field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner and take initiative.
- Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Relevant, hands-on work experience in a team environment.
- Ability to travel.
- Experience with Scribe is a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
