About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Management Consulting internship based in Houston, Texas, for the Summer 2027 term. You will join our advisory team to support clients across the energy industry, including oil and gas, midstream infrastructure, and energy transition sectors like renewables, hydrogen, and carbon capture.
What you'll do#
- Join project teams or work on special assignments.
- Perform rigorous analysis to build insights and reach conclusions.
- Engage directly with our clients.
- Adapt quickly to different energy sectors based on project needs.
- Travel to client sites when required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program.
- A strong academic record in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Environmental Engineering.
- Demonstrated skills in quantitative analysis, problem solving, and communication.
- An interest in learning about the energy industry and the energy transition.

- This role is located on-site in Houston, Texas.
- This position is for students graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
