About the role#
As a CTSS Intern at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will support clients and their families in their homes or the community. You will help foster independence through skills-based interventions. This role offers shadowing opportunities in other service areas, free internal CEUs, and a 401k plan.
What you'll do#
- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with your team to design effective treatment plans.
- Document sessions accurately in electronic health records.
- Attend team meetings and regular supervision sessions.
- Assist with ARMHS or CTSS groups and other program-related tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate program for social work or clinical counseling.
- Eligibility to receive internship credit or completion of a formal practicum through your school.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and integrity.
- Access to a personal vehicle for use during the internship.
