    About the role#

    This internship provides hands-on experience within a utility environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals to apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects. The role focuses on developing your technical and professional skills while supporting the delivery of water and power services.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and filing.
    • Gather information and compile data to prepare reports.
    • Coordinate project tasks and track progress to help the team meet deadlines.
    • Participate in meetings, share your ideas, and collaborate across departments.
    • Complete assigned projects and present your findings to leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
    • Current enrollment in a degree program related to Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Availability to work between 15 and 40 hours per week.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
    • Must live and work in Arizona.

    • Location: Tempe, Arizona.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid (up to three days per week remote, depending on role requirements).
    • Status: Paid, full-time equivalent internship.
