About the role#
Sanofi offers 6-month co-op opportunities for the summer of 2027 in Framingham, Massachusetts. These positions are full-time, on-site roles designed for students to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, while being supported by mentors and project teams.
What you'll do#
- HSE: Protect employees and communities while ensuring operations are environmentally sustainable.
- Bioanalytics: Use technology to measure and understand how medicines work in the human body.
- Process Modeling & Simulation: Apply computational modeling, machine learning, and multi-physics simulation to speed up process development.
- Cell Culture Development: Engineer living cell factories to produce biologics and personalized medicines.
- Purification Process Development: Design processes that turn lab discoveries into treatments.
- MSAT Pilot Laboratory: Optimize biological processes to scale production from lab benches to global supply.
- Operational Excellence: Drive industrial performance using the Sanofi Manufacturing System methodology.
- Drug Product Development: Shape the final form of medicines to ensure precision and safety.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university for the duration of the program.
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biomedical, Chemical, Biological, or Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Biology, Computer Science, or Health and Safety.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
- Ability to relocate to the office location.
