About the role#
The Risk Advisory Summer Intern program offers students a chance to gain hands-on experience within our Consulting Services group. You will work on projects involving risk assessment, process improvement, control evaluation, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Interns receive mentorship from professionals throughout the summer session.
What you'll do#
- Execute internal audit engagements and special projects.
- Collaborate with the team on compliance and advisory work.
- Draft audit reports for management review.
- Assist in preparing risk assessments and audit plans.
- Serve a diverse range of clients in the public and private sectors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong motivation to learn about the consulting industry.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Location & details#
- This internship is based in Columbus, Ohio.
- The term runs from mid-May to mid-August 2027.
- The role is full-time and paid.
- We utilize a hybrid work model, splitting time between the office and home.
