About the role#
Sedaro is seeking a DevOps Intern to join our DevOps Enablement team. You will work on our Kubernetes-based multi-cloud platform alongside senior engineers. This role focuses on building foundational infrastructure to support our engineering organization and our cloud-native simulation platform.
What you'll do#
- Optimize multi-cloud production infrastructure, specifically within Kubernetes environments used for aerospace simulation.
- Improve system observability by creating actionable alerts and measurable SLOs.
- Build automation using infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous compliance practices.
- Work closely with senior engineers on a small team.
- Engage in continuous learning programs and interact with engineers across the company.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming fundamentals in at least one language.
- A solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and containerization.
- Experience with automated testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- Additional experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, AWS, or Azure is preferred.
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident status is required.

- Compensation: $35-50 per hour.
