About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Rogers, Arkansas. You will work on real-world projects that support department needs while gaining insight into our internal processes. This role requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects that align with your major of study.
- Perform daily tasks to learn the fundamentals of our operations.
- Present your project outcomes to your team and senior leadership at the end of the summer.
- Contribute to the development, communication, and implementation of team programs and policies.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiency and quality across the facility.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with business and management principles.
- Ability to use computers and software effectively.
- Capability to work on your feet for multiple hours, work in various temperatures, and lift at least 10 pounds.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment as required by the facility.
