About the role#
This internship offers a chance to work on real-world projects within the food and beverage industry. You will build cross-functional relationships across the company and focus on professional growth. The program balances a primary project with daily tasks to help you understand process fundamentals and gain a well-rounded experience.
What you'll do#
- Complete a project that solves a specific business challenge related to your field of study.
- Present your project findings to your team and senior leadership at the end of the summer.
- Handle daily tasks to learn how the business operates.
- Identify and implement ways to improve processes and remove waste.
- Coordinate with team members to share best practices and attend team meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate program in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds.
- Willingness to work on your feet for multiple hours and in various temperatures.
