About the role#
Soccer Shots is looking for an intern to join our team in Richmond. This role combines coaching children ages 2 to 8 with behind-the-scenes management experience. You will help bring our curriculum to life while developing your own leadership and professional skills. This is a paid, on-site internship with a flexible schedule based on your availability.
What you'll do#
- Lead soccer sessions for children ages 2 to 8 using our expert-created curriculum.
- Bring Soccer Island to life through enthusiasm and creativity.
- Encourage character development in kids through positive reinforcement and modeling.
- Build local engagement through sports.
- Develop social media content.
- Shadow our management team to gain insight into sports operations.
- Communicate with families, teachers, and staff.
- Follow all safety and attendance protocols on-site.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma.
- A genuine interest in working with children and sports.
- You must be energetic, responsible, and safety conscious.
- Management skills.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- No prior coaching or sports experience is required. We provide paid training.

- Compensation: Paid at $18 per 30-40 minute session, with additional opportunities for bonuses and rewards.
