About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Fall 2026. You will spend half of your time coaching soccer sessions and the other half supporting marketing, operations, and community events. This role is designed for students in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Operations Management who want hands-on experience in a youth sports franchise.
What you'll do#
- Lead high-energy, fun, and age-appropriate soccer sessions for children.
- Inspire the next generation of soccer stars.
- Support daily business operations and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with community events.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A passion for impacting children through sports and fitness.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the office and various coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Fairfax, Virginia and Burtonsville, Maryland.
- The work format is hybrid, including both on-site office work and field coaching.
- You must be available to work on weekends.
