About the role#
This is a paid internship for Fall 2026 based in Annapolis, Maryland. You will split your time between coaching on the field and working on administrative tasks in the office. This role is a hybrid position that requires travel to various coaching sites and the ability to work weekends. We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or Kinesiology.
What you'll do#
- Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children.
- Support various marketing initiatives.
- Assist with day-to-day business operations.
- Help coordinate and support community events.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A genuine interest in positively impacting the lives of children.
- A valid driver license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required.

- Location: Annapolis, Maryland.
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 17 to December 4).
- Modality: Hybrid (50% on-field coaching, 50% office and events).
- Commitment: Full-time (30+ hours per week, including weekends).
