About the role#
Soccer Shots Franchising is seeking interns for the Fall 2026 term to assist with youth sports management. This position provides hands-on experience in both field coaching and office operations. You will work with children ages 18 months to 8 years old, helping to lead soccer sessions while also gaining insight into the daily functions of a youth sports franchise. This is a paid, full-time internship requiring over 30 hours per week, including weekend availability.

- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions on the field.

What you'll need#
- Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through sports and fitness.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the Burtonsville office and various coaching sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Relevant majors include Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Operations Management, or Psychology.

- Work Modality: Hybrid, consisting of 50 percent on-field coaching and 50 percent office and event support.
