About the role#
This internship provides exposure to the wine and spirits industry. You will gain experience across multiple areas of our business, including sales, marketing, merchandising, and warehouse operations. The program is structured to help you understand how marketing, sales, and distribution work together.
What you'll do#
- Work with various teams to learn different aspects of the company.
- Participate in training sessions, on-site meetings, and department-wide learning opportunities.
- Assist with On-Premise Surveys.
- Support the team with projects aligned with your learning goals.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior status in college, graduating the following semester or year.
- Pursuing a BS/BA in fields like business, marketing, communications, retail, or hospitality.
- Minimum 2.0 GPA.
- At least 21 years of age by the start of the internship.
- Ability to reside in the O'Fallon area.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto-liability insurance.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 48 lbs.
