    About the role#

    This is a 9-week internship based in Dallas, Texas. It is a full-time, on-site position with the potential to transition into a full-time role. This program is part of a neurodiversity hiring initiative. Candidates must self-identify as neurodivergent and have experienced barriers to employment. You will work in an office environment from Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide operational support to a trading desk.
    • Manage loan lifecycle events and trade flows.
    • Apply knowledge to handle exceptions and resolve corporate loan servicing issues.
    • Analyze complex problems to identify key issues and develop solutions.
    • Work with trading counterparties, internal teams, and clients to manage escalations.
    • Monitor industry initiatives and market trends in the loan market to improve processes.
    • Prioritize daily tasks and projects to meet deadlines.

    What you'll need#

    • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Degrees in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics are preferred.
    • Intermediate data management skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charting.
    • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
    • Willingness to pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including credit, criminal, education, and employment verification.

    • Location: 2001 Ross Ave, Dallas, TX.
    • Work modality: Fully on-site.
    • Employment terms: 9-week internship.
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
